Tales of (mis)adventure from abroad

Man's Best Friend

Man’s Best Friend

This was our special road trip: one 94’ Civic with sunroof, one mountain-bike, rock-climbing gear, one tent, two changes of clothes, one bathing suit, one toothbrush, and two rules: Never pay for a night, pick up every hitchhiker we pass. It was to be a bonding experience, a way for me to make up for having left my baby for six weeks to travel abroad. All I knew was that we had one month and a general direction: West. Two weeks later, staring at that deer and surrounded by the inspiring Rocky Mountains, I knew our connection had been reestablished.

Reading this automatically put a smile on my face.. You probably got the best dog for the kind of life you live! He is the cutest dog ever and I already love him :)

:) Thanks Danika, I’ll pass it on to Big, I know he’ll be very happy to hear it.
