Tales of (mis)adventure from abroad

I had rarely seen people living this old in such harsh natural conditions. Although most likely related, being strict vegetarians certainly made their survival in this environment even more impressive. They often had four generations living seamlessly under the same roof, along with their animals which they treated as members of the family. As one young man told me: “I grew up on this buffalo’s milk, my son is now growing up on this buffalo’s milk, it is our mother and we will care for it as such until it dies naturally”. Respect I thought, could it be that simple?
